Pulkovo Airlines announces 40% flights growth at Domodedovo-St.Petersburg - Domodedovo direction
Starting from February, 2004 Pulkovo Airlines introduces a new schedule at Domodedovo-St.Petersburg-Domodedovo direction.
Pulkovo Airlines management has made a decision to increase the number of flights from 13 to 18 a week, which is a 40% growth. For passengers' convenience the flights are performed at the same time during a week. Currently 3 return flights are performed week-days, 2 on Saturdays and 1 on Sundays.
The start of Pulkovo Airlines cooperation with Domodedovo International Airport dates back to February 2003, when joint partnership program called "From Moscow to St.Petersburg in 2 hours and 20 minutes" was opened. The realization of the program became possible thanks to Rapid Transport System, connecting Domodedovo International Airport with the centre of Moscow. Passengers now have an opportunity to check-in at a special counter in the Terminal at Paveletsky station and have a 40-minutes journey to the airport by comfortable Aeroexpress train.
Due to the airline-airport cooperation the flight schedule is arranged taking into account the Aeroexpress schedule.
The new more convenient and stable schedule introduce ensures further passenger traffic growth at Domodedovo airport.
