Today, onВ MarchВ 11, 2014, aВ meeting ofВ the Board ofВ Directors ofВ Sheremetyevo International Airport (JSCВ MASH) was held, chaired byВ Y.В A.В Kudimov.

The Board of Directors approved a new revision of the Program for the sale of JSC MASH’s core and non-core assets for 2014–2015.

The Board of Directors of JSC MASH considered the implementation procedure for the company’s Innovative Development Program. In 2013, the expenses entailed in implementing innovations at Sheremetyevo Airport within the Innovative Development Program amounted to RUB 98.82 million.

Thanks toВ the scheduled implementation ofВ innovations inВ 2013, the company succeeded inВ decreasing power and energy-resource consumption byВ 8В %, asВ well asВ inВ increasing labor productivity byВ 8В %.

The Board ofВ Directors approved the Key Performance Indicators ofВ the Sheremetyevo Airport Board for 2014. InВ 2014, JSCВ MASH isВ prioritizing the development ofВ airport infrastructure, the further improvement ofВ business processes, cost reduction, labor-productivity increases and fulfillment ofВ the profitability-growth program.

The Board of Directors also made a decision to go ahead with formulation of the long-term development program (strategy) of JSC MASH, to be prepared by September 15, 2014 pursuant to the President’s Order to the RF Government No. Pr-3086 dated December 27, 2013. The program will be prepared in due consideration of the long-term development prospects of OJSC Aeroflot.

Finally, the Board of Directors issued an instruction mandating the development of an action plan to increase the efficiency of JSC MASH’s employment policy in 2014.
