International (IFCA) was launched in the UK in 1980. The association knits together companies providing in-flight and rail catering. At present more than 600 world companies are the members of the association. The Mercury Award is the most prestigious in Inflight Catering for innovation and implementing leading-edge catering technologies, and is eagerly sought after by many of the best companies in the industry.
