The goal of this project is to let the maximum number of airport clients speak out on the quality of services offered at Domodedovo, to sum up recommendations and suggestions on improving already existing services, as well as on launching new ones. A total of 23 Internet polls have been conducted at www.domodedovo.ru since the start of the project. They focused on learning of client preferences when choosing an airport, means of transportation for getting to or from an airport, sources of information on flights, etc.The Internet polls contributed to launching recently a number of new services at the Domodedovo airport terminal. For example, today passengers can charge their cellular phones at various cafйs and eateries located in the terminal, or relax at special massage chairs at special relaxation zones at the business lo  >>>
