Moscow Domodedovo Airport (the "Company") announced that it has successfully closed a Euro 165,000,000 debut syndicated term loan facility (the "Facility").Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners under the Facility are ING Bank N.V., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Rosbank (SociР№tР№ GР№nР№rale Group). ING Bank N.V., Raiffeisen Bank International AG and SociР№tР№ GР№nР№rale are acting as Fixed Rate Providers and ING Bank N.V. is acting as Coordinator.The Facility is structured as a 5-year unsecured amortising term loan and priced at EURIBOR + 2.8%. The proceeds of the Facility will be used for general corporate purposes including financing of capital expenditure.Moscow Domodedovo Airport is Russia's largest airport in terms of passenger traffic.
