On 27th February 2011, a joint special flight operated by airberlin and the tour operators Rewe, Alltours, FTI, Schauinsland and Bucherreisen will take off from Dusseldorf headed to Hurghada on the Red Sea. The flight will depart at 07:40 and arrive in Hurghada at 13:25. Following recent political unrest, airberlin aims to provide a positive signal for tourism in Egypt with special flight number AB 2680. EAST LINE Group, a managing company of Domodedovo International Airport, has announced operational results of the airport for six months of 2003. The overall passenger turnover of Domodedovo Airport has increased by 44% compared to six months of 2002 and amounted to 3.6 million passengers. Passenger turnover on international routes has grown by 64% and exceeded 1 million.In June 2003 a number of passengers served in Domodedovo International Airport has achieved 880,000 passengers that is 22% higher comparing to June 2002. Passenger turnover on international routes has grown by 35% in June 2003 and reached 307,000 pax.In June 2003 a further growth of charter transportation from Domodedovo to major foreign resorts has been indicated.
